Driver faces charges in Andover and Alfred

After a joint investigation by the Andover and Alfred Police Department's into a vehicle that failed to stop for both Departments on Saturday May 19, 2018 at around 12:27 p.m., the Andover Police Department issued the following tickets to David M. Yezarski, age 18, of Almond:
In the Village of Andover -
Reckless Driving, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, loud or improper exhaust, Speed in Zone 55 MPH in 30, Failure to comply with a Police Officer and an Appearance ticket for Violation of Village Anti-Noise Law.
In The Town of Andover-
Reckless Driving, Improper passing, Failure to keep right, Failure to comply with a Police Officer and Speed in Zone for 85 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone.
The AUO 2nd and Reckless Driving charges are misdemeanors, police said.
The Village tickets are returnable to Andover Village Court at 9 a.m. on June 11.
The Town tickets are returnable to Andover Town Court at 4 p.m. on June 11.

Alfred Police Department will also be issuing tickets in The Village and Town of Alfred.
