Troopers nab Olean man for DWI in Scio

On March 10, 2018, at 1:15 a.m., Troopers from Amity arrested Jared Granger, 21, of Olean, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, and speeding. Troopers stopped Granger on State Route 19 in the Town of Scio for speeding.  Granger was placed under arrest after failing multiple field tests and transported to SP Amity where he recorded a .23% BAC. Granger was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Scio court later this month.
