Following the roadside investigation, the driver of the truck, 32 year old Zachary G. Pruonto of Hunt, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. Deputies also allegedly found several bottles of Pruonto's prescriptions in the vehicle.
Pruonto was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and was later released to a sober third party to appear in court at a later date.
