Andrew E. Baker, 35, Lancaster,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Unlicensed Operator on March 17.
Baker was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon
Village Court on a later date.
Robert S. Tice, 50, Wayland, NY,
was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle
with a Suspended Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance
on March 15. Tice was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Kevin J. Heywood, 41, Groveland,
NY, was arrested March 17, charged with Endangering the Welfare of a
Child. Following arraignment in
Groveland Town Court, Heywood was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on
$500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.
Heywood will return to Groveland Town Court in response to charges on a
later date.
Sarah L. Barnes, 22, Bath, NY,
was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Promoting
Prison Contraband 1st Degree on March 19. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court,
Barnes was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail/$4,000
property bond. Barnes will return to
Avon Town Court to resolve charges on a later date.
James R. Price, 24, Bath, NY,
was arrested March 19, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic
Instrument. Following arraignment in
Avon Town Court, Price was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $300 cash
bail/$600 property bond. Price will
return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Ryan A. Ross, 21, Bath, NY, was
charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and a vehicle equipment violation on
March 19. Following arraignment in Avon
Town Court, Ross was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000
cash bail/$10,000 property bond. Ross will
return to Avon Town Court to address charges on a later date.
Samaris M. Lopez, 21, Rochester,
NY, was cited with Unlicensed Operator on March 18, and was released on an
appearance ticket to respond to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later
date.
Jeffrey S. Baxter, Jr., 32,
Nunda, NY, was arrested March 19, charged with Criminal Obstruction of
Breathing and Harassment 2nd Degree.
Following arraignment, Baxter was remanded to the Livingston County Jail
in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond. Baxter will report to Nunda Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
Jake L. Gross, 25, Campbell, NY,
was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and a motor vehicle equipment violation on March 18, and was issued an
appearance ticket to resolve charges in West Sparta Town Court on a later date.
Samantha M. Smith, 32, Warsaw,
NY, was arrested March 18, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th Degree and following arraignment in Avon Town Court was held in
the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond. Smith will return to Avon Town Court to
address charges on a later date.
Julie L. Bonham, 35, Warsaw, NY,
was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
Degree, Inadequate/No Exhaust and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Broken Glass
on March 18. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Bonham was remanded to
the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond. Bonham will
return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Mary L. Schul, 54, Hemlock, NY,
was arrested March 16, charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Schul was held in the Livingston
County Jail. Schul will return to
Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
James R. Chapman, 27, Dansville,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree, Non-transparent Side Windows and No/Insufficient Tail Lights on March
18. Chapman will respond to charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Michael P. Burkhard, 41,
Scottsville, NY, was charged March 19, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate
Exhaust. Burkhard was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Shauna L. Straight, 21, Honeoye,
NY, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Unlicensed
Operator and Driving to the Left of Pavement Markings on March 20. Straight was released on an appearance ticket

counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Litolff was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail/$1,500 property bond. Litolff will return to Livonia Town Court to
