Wellsville Police arrested Jeramia C. English, age 21 of
Jamestown, NY, charging him with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd
(Class B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class B
Felony) and Conspiracy 4th (Class E Felony).
The charges stem from a joint investigation by Wellsville Police, the
Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the New York State Police C-NET,
into the illegal sale of narcotic drugs in the Village of Wellsville. English was located by the Lakewood Police
Department and turned over to Wellsville Police. English was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
English was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash
bail or $20,000.00 property bond.
English is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30
p.m.
