Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Christopher R. Cornish, age 48 of Webster, NY, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and Failure to Dim Headlights.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville.  Cornish was issued traffic citations and released.  Cornish is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Olean Court,  arrested Jami S. Perry, age 35 of Allentown, for failure to appear in Court on a previous Petit Larceny Charge.  Wellsville Police and Allegany County Sheriff’s located Perry on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville and she was taken into custody.  Perry was turned over to the New York State Police and was due to be arraigned in the Town of Olean Court at a later time. 

Wellsville Police arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 39 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Fauth was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Fauth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested William J. Giannelli Jr, age 42 of Wellsville, charging him with AUO 3rd (Agravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and Inadequate or no stop lamps.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Giannelli was issued traffic citations and relased.  Giannelli is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
