Wellsville Police arrested Shane M. Kelleher, age 48 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony), AUO 1st (Felony), Obstructing
Governmental Administration 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Scott
Avenue in the Village of Wellsville.
Kelleher was processed and arraigned before Town of Alma Justice
Stilson. Kelleher was committed to the
Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond. Kelleher is due back in the Town of Alma
Court on February 15th at 5:00 p.m.
