Wellsville- Virginia Payne, age 91, formerly of Scott Avenue passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 in the Wellsville Manor Care Center. Friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 15, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home in Wellsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church.
