Gary A. Dunham, 45, Cohocton, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on February 17, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Tina M. MacKenzie, 48, Hornell, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on February 17.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, MacKenzie was ordered to be held with no bail in the Livingston County Jail.  MacKenzie will return to Livonia Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Robert L. Rogers, 46, Rochester, NY, was arrested February 17, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Driving Across Hazardous Markings.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Rogers was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on no bail.  Rogers will return to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date.

Kortney A. Turner, 23, Painted Post, NY, was charged February 18, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Matthew G. Vetromile, 29, Rush, NY, was arrested February 18, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Speeding and Circumventing an Automotive Interlock Device.  Vetromile was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

James J. Mix, 42, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on February 17, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Timothy E. Babcock, 33, Springwater, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust in February 17.  Babcock was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date. 

Brooke S. Wagner, 22, Conesus, NY, was arrested February 15, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign. Following arraignment in Conesus Town Court, Wagner was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.  Wagner will return to Conesus Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Kevin W. Lorka, 61, Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2^nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree on February 21.  Following arraignment in Mt. Morris Town Court, Lorka was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $7,500 cash bail.  Lorka will return to Mt. Morris Town Court to address charges on a later date. 

James J. Riechel, 41, Leroy, NY, was arrested February 20, charged with Driving While Intoxicated as a felony, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test, Circumventing Use of an Interlock Device, Use of a Leased/Rental/Loaned Vehicle Without an Interlock Device and Speeding.  Following arraignment in Caledonia Town Court, Riechel was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on no bail.  Riechel will respond to charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date. 

Dennis C. Hisle, Jr., 36, Norfolk, VA, was arrested February 13, on a fugitive warrant from another state and was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Broken Glass.  Hisle was arraigned in Avon Town Court and remanded to the Livingston County Jail on no bail. 

Stephanie A. Disalvo, 41, Nunda, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Inspection Certificate on February 16.  Disalvo was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date. 

Ian T. Horning, 25, Livonia, NY, was arrested February 17, charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree and Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Horning was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Horning will return to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date. 

Kevin D. Rigdon, 32, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd Degree and Grand Larceny 4^th Degree on February 21.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Rigdon was jailed on $10,000 cash bail.  Rigdon will return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later date. 

Katrina V. Michelson, 18, Gent, NY, was charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree on February 17, and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
