Andover man possessed heroin in Wellsville - will serve probation

An Andover man will serve years on probation after he was originally accused of possessing and selling heroin on Seneca Street in Wellsville. In court this morning, Zachary Truax, 23, of Andover pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. Judge Thomas Brown sentenced him to five years probation and directed him to pay a $325 court surcharge and DNA fee.
