Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on
January 22, 2018, with the assistance of the City of Olean Police Department, Deputies
from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel B. Harder Jr., age 44 of Olean, on an
Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Harder was located in Olean and turned over to Deputies.
Harder was then processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court where
he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Harder is scheduled to
reappear in Allegany County Family Court on January 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. for
additional court action.
