On December 24th, 2017 following a domestic dispute in the Town of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Kaleb B. Thomas, 26, of Cuba. Thomas was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Thomas was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Thomas is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
