LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON GE/Lufkin Building
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County,
State of New York in the Town Office, Room 11 at the Municipal Building in said
Town on November 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the
GE/Lufkin Building located at 2475 Tarantine Road, Wellsville, NY 14895. All person interested in this matter will be
heard at such time and place.
Individuals with disabilities or senior citizens who require assistance
in attending said public hearing of in furnishing comments should contact the
Town Clerk three (3) days in advance if possible to request such assistance.
