Richburg man goes to prison for stabbing a person

A Richburg man is headed to prison for stabbing a person earlier this year in the Town of Wirt. 39-year-old Adrian Kuna of Richburg Hill Road cut a deal and pleaded guilty to attempted felony assault. He was originally charged with felony assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. According to information provided by the District Attorney's Office, Kuna was accused of cutting the victim with a knife  from the shoulder to the elbow. Judge Terry Parker sentenced Kuna to a state prison term of 1 1/3 - 4 years.
