Russell H. Maurer, 61, Livonia,

Anthony J. Pabone, 27, and
Stephanie N. Jason-Whisman, 26, Lakeville, NY, were arrested September 8, each
charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a
Child. Following arraignment in Livonia
Town Court, Jason-Whisman and Pabone were remanded to the Livingston County
Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail and will return to Livonia Town Court in
response to charges on a later date.
Ian S. Butler, 25, Rochester,

Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator, Interlock System Violation and No/Inadequate Headlights on September

Timothy J. Diliberto, 30, Orange
City, FL, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd

James A. Lemen, 58, Mt. Morris,
NY, was arrested September 11, charged with two counts of Falsifying Business
Records, Welfare Fraud, Petit Larceny and Misuse of Food Stamps. Following arraignment in Mt. Morris Town
Court, Lemen was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on no bail. Lemen will
return to Mt. Morris Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Christopher A. Vagg, 46,
Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th
Degree on September 11. Following
arraignment, Vagg was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash

NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol

a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident, Failure to Maintain Lane and Failure
to Keep Right on September 9. Gelser
