Coudersport man charged with indecent assault CORRECTED

Pennsylvania State Police report the arrest of Ray A. Pelchy Jr., 18, of Coudersport. He was charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault involving a person under the age of 16. He was arraigned in District Court at 1:15 a.m. Thursday and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.  A preliminary hearing has been set for October 9.
