Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on
September 10, 2017 following an investigation at the Allegany County Jail,
Investigators from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested
Casey D. Marble, age 28 of Fillmore for the following charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree- Attempted Criminal Sale of a controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree- Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree- Conspiracy in the 5th Degree
The arrest stems from an incident in which Marble allegedly brought narcotics into the Allegany County Jail in an attempt to pass them to an inmate during visitation. Marble was processed by Investigators, arraigned in the Town of Wellsville Court, and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set in the amount of $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 property bond. Marble is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on September 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.
