Allegany County Legislature meets Monday for a "yawn" meeting

While technically everything the Allegany County Legislature does matters...as a reporter since 1981, I have to say, unless there is a surprise, the Monday session of the Allegany County Legislature will be a "yawner." However, here are the topics the 15 lawmakers will discuss and vote on.
From a Wellsville perspective, the men and women 'on the hill' will be asked to approve moving the Office for the Aging Luncheon Center...Here's the plan:
The Office for the Aging requests to make the following changes for the Wellsville Luncheon Center:1. Cancel the current Lease Agreement with the YMCA.

2. Enter into an agreement with Grace United Church, 289 N. Main Street, Wellsville to use their facilities for four days/week for the Wellsville Luncheon Center.
The County Attorney has reviewed the new lease agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT: Increase of ~$2,000 annually in rent ($10/day for each day used).
However, to be "transparent," here are all the routine matters up for review (watch now, as a huge floor fight breaks out over a simple measure...just to prove me wrong) -
