On August 23, 2017, Deputies arrested Mark D. Sisson, age 43
of Bolivar, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of the Town of Wirt
Court.Sisson was processed, transported to the Town of Wirt Court where he was
arraigned and then remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 cash bail
or $3,000.00 bond. Sisson is to reappear
in the Town of Wirt Court on September 20th, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. for additional
court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
August 23, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Village of
Wellsville Police Department with the arrest of Trevor L. Baker, age 20 of
Amity, on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Wellsville Court. Baker was located at an address in Amity,
processed, and turned over to the Wellsville Police Department.
