Jennifer C. Sheffield, 38, Caledonia, NY, was charged
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Speeding on June 16, and following arraignment in Caledonia
Village Court, was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash
bail. Sheffield will return to Caledonia
Village Court to answer charges on a later date.
Cindy M. Sutton, 41, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Insufficient Turn Signal on June 10. Sutton was released on an appearance ticket
to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jacob Komarisky, 33, Spencer, NY, was arrested June
12, charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense as a felony, Blood
Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Driving Across Hazardous Markings. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court,
Komarisky was remanded to the Livingston County jail on $5,000 cash bail and
will return to Avon Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
Elbert Jackson, Jr., 55, Rochester, NY, was arrested
and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While
Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Endangering the Welfare
of a Child on June 16. Following arraignment
in Sparta Town Court, Jackson was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on
$2,500 cash bail and will return to Sparta Town Court to address charges on a
later date.
Kimberly A. Veneron, 33, Livonia, NY, was charged
June 17, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and
following arraignment was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of
$500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.
Veneron will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Aron, E. McCallum, 29, Springwater, NY, was arrested
and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Keep Right on June
16. Following arraignment in Springwater
Town Court, McCallum was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,500 cash
bail. McCallum will return to Springwater
Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Christopher S. Andrews, 19, Avon, NY, was charged
June 18, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator and Unauthorized Stickers.
Andrews was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Elizabeth A. Esposito, 38, Rochester, NY, was cited
for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor vehicle 3rd Degree and
Unlicensed Operator on June 18, and was released on an appearance ticket to
address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Lorenzo R. Weipert, 23, Geneseo, NY, was arrested
June 19, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree
and Promoting Prison Contraband 1st Degree.
Following arraignment in Geneseo Village Court, Weipert was remanded to
the custody of the Sheriff on $1,500 cash bail.
Weipert will return to Geneseo Village Court to address charges on a
later date.
Richard D. Hinds, 42, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Non-transparent Side Windows on June 19. Hinds will answer charges in Lima Town Court
on a later date.
Ryan W. Lajuett, 32, Rochester, NY, was arrested June
20, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree,
Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Lajuett was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail and will return to Avon Town Court
in response to charges on a later date.
Ryan C. Harrington, 18, Avon, NY, was charged June 8,
with Harassment 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Harrington will respond to charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Eduardo Bonilla, 32, Rochester, NY, was arrested June
19, charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, Criminal
Impersonation 2nd Degree, Forgery 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and No/Inadequate Exhaust. Following arraignment
in Avon Town Court, Bonilla was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on
$2,000 cash bail and will return to Avon Town Court to address charges on a
later date.
Amber M. Wheeler, 26, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged
June 21, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Unlicensed Operation and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using an Electronic
Device. Wheeler was released on an
appearance ticket to appear in answer to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on
a later date.
Saad H. Mohamed, 27, Rochester, NY, was arrested June
21, charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. Following arraignment, Mohamed was remanded
to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail and will respond to
charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Adam J. Lindsay, 28, Webster, NY, was charged with
Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Following
Too Closely on June 17. Lindsay will
answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Kerry A. Jones, 52, Rochester, NY, was arrested June
18, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or
Greater, Failure to Submit to a Pre-screen and Failure to Keep Right. Jones will address charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
Emihr A. Rios, 24, Nunda, NY, was arrested and
charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of
a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Keep
Right on June 15. Rios will satisfy
charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date.
Stephen J. Vaniderstine, 29, Arkport, NY, was
arrested June 16, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Failure to Keep Right. Following arraignment, Vaniderstine was
remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $750 cash bail and will answer
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
