NY State Police Blotter

5/28/17 11:30am- During a traffic stop on County Road 15A in the Town of Allen, state police arrested
Amzi L. Ethridge, 23, of Mount Morris. She was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Issued appearance tickets for court, she was later released from custody.
5/28/17 11:48am- State police investigated a personal injury crash off the roadway near the Byrne Road in Alma. The operator was identified as John A. Fairall, 62, of Bangor, PA.
5/28/17 3:05pm- State police investigated a personal injury ATV crash at Tall Pines in Andover. The operator was treated at Jones Memorial and identified as Michael A. Jaglowski, 33, of Cheektowago.
5/28/17 7:49pm- State police arrested 20-year-old Dakota D. Studley of Olean. Following an incident in Clarksville, he was charged with DWI and BAC above .08%. He was issued court tickets and released.
5/28/17 7:30pm- After investigating a domestic dispute, state police arrested Marshall W. Vreeland, 23, of Allegany. He was charged with felony 1st degree criminal contempt involving physical contact. He was released on his own recognizance.
5/28/17 10:20pm- Troopers from the New York State Police in Boston arrested Michael Goss, age 51 of Liberty Street in the Town of Arcade, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Goss was stopped on State Route 39 in the Town of Sardinia for speeding. Troopers allegedly detected the odor of beverage alcohol on Goss and he was asked to perform sobriety tests. After failing the tests he was arrested for DWI. During the incident Goss was also allegedly found to possess a small quantity of marijuana.  Goss was transported to SP Holland where he provided a breath sample of .11% BAC. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sardinia Court on June 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
