5/27/17 8pm- State police arrested Robert W. Hehir, 61, of Allen. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
5/28/17 2am- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Belfast, state police arrested Joseph W. Folmar, 57, of Newfane. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and four other traffic infractions. He was released on court tickets after processing.
5/28/17 3:15am- During a traffic stop on Trapping Brook Road in Wellsville, state police arrested 30-year-old Kirk O. Smith of Wellsville. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI-first offense. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
5/27/17 7:29pm- State police arrested 62-year-old Peter T. Smith of Machias during a traffic stop on State Route 16. He was charged with DWI and BAC above .08%. he was released to a third party.
5/28/17 12:35am- After responding to a domestic dispute in Ashford, state police arrested Ashley M. Troidl, 22, of Tonawanda. She was charged with menacing with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and criminal mischief. She was released to a third party.
5/27/17 1:40pm- State police arrested a 13-year-old Bath boy on Victory Drive. He was charged with menacing with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and criminal mischief. He was released to a third party.
5/28/17 12:35am- During a traffic stop on I-86, state police arrested Nancy Velazquez, 57, of Buffalo. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, leaving the scene of a crash, following too close and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. She was initially held on $2,000 cash bail.
