Livingston County Grand Jury Report for May 24, 2017

After presentation by Gregory J. McCaffrey, District Attorney, the Livingston County Grand Jury handed up indictments on the following individuals on May 24, 2017.
DANIELLE M. ALLEN, age 21, of Livonia was charged with Manslaughter in the Second Degree (C Felony).
KASSIE L. BRAZIEL, age 30, of Wayland was charged with Driving With .18 of One Percent of Alcohol or More in Her Blood (E Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony), and Failure to Keep Right.
ROBERT L. FLYNN, age 48 of Victor was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (D Felony), Aggravated Unhcensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony), Operating Without Ignition Interlock Device, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer, Reckless Driving, Harassment in the Second Degree, Failure to Keep Right, Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, 3 counts of Speeding, 2 counts of Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, and Refusal to Submit to a Field Screening Device.
ANNIE L. MALARA, age 30, of Elmira was charged with Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree (D Felony), Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony), Misuse of Food Stamps (E Felony), and 2 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (E Felony).
CHARLES W. PETTIT, age 58, of Mt. Morris was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) and Improper License Plate.
