Press Release:
On May 28th, 2017 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Eugene A. O'Dell, 43, of Cuba for Disorderly Conduct. O'Dell was processed and released to appear at a later date. O'Dell is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
