4/25/17 8pm- State police arrested James B. Jordan, 20, of Bolivar. He was charged with harassment with physical contact. He was released on a court appearance ticket.
4/25/17 11:55am- State police arrested Sarah M. Heverly, 24, of Friendship. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
