Charges filed in Shinglehouse drug death

In a press release issued Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police based in Coudersport charged a man via criminal complaint in the drug-related death of a young man from Shinglehouse. According to police, charges were filed against Oakley Zeddy Mulkin, 24, currently an inmate at SCI Rockview, PA. The felony charges are:
  1. drug delivery resulting in death
  2. possession with intent to distribute
  3. possession of a controlled substance
  4. criminal use of a communication facility.
State police said Jordon M. Whitsell, 28 of Shinglehouse and a Wellsville native, died May 12, 2016. According to the online court docket, the case is listed as 'inactive.' The criminal complaint was filed April 28.
