Two Genesee, PA men face serious drug charges

Amity-based state police say two Potter County men were arrested Friday while troopers conducted an investigation on State Route 19 in Willing. Troopers said they arrested Michael A. Kelly, 20 and Tyler L. Harris, 21. They were both charged with :
  1. Criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th- class A misdemeanor.
  2. Criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th: Ketamine 4,000 milligrams - class C felony. (FYI: Ketamine is a medication mainly used for starting and maintaining anesthesia. It induces a trance-like state while providing pain relief, sedation, and memory loss.)
  3. Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd:LSD with intent to sell - class B felony.
  4. Criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd: scales - class A misdemeanor
  5. Criminal possession of marijuana 4th: more than two ounces.
Kelley was released on his own recognizance. Meanwhile, bail for Harris was set at $5,000.
