Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on March 22nd, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Dansville Police Department with the arrest of Breanne E. Hackett, age 22 of Richburg on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Dansville Court.  Hackett was processed, transported, and turned over to the custody of the Dansville Police Department.

On March 22nd 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted Wellsville Police Department with the arrest of Gregory A. Ordiway, age 32 of Belmont on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Wellsville Court.  Ordiway was additionally charged by Deputies with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Failure to notify the DMV of an address change. Ordiway was processed, issued traffic tickets, and then turned over to the custody of the Wellsville Police Department.
