On January 24, 2017 at 1:45 p.m., Troopers and the Bureau of
Criminal Investigation (BCI) arrested Loren G. Warner, 27 of Little Valley, NY
for Rape 2nd, Criminal Sex Act 2nd and Disseminating Indecent Material to
Minors 1st all D-Felony’s.On January 23, 2017, Troopers were dispatched to a residence
in the Town of Farmersville for a possible sex offense. During the
investigation it is alleged that Warner had sexual relations with a female
14-year-old victim. Warner was taken into custody and processed at SP Machias.
Warner was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County
Jail on $30,000 bail.
